This was my third visit and the lakeside location plus the hot‑spring effort were obvious; when the TV broke unexpectedly the staff handled it brilliantly so we didn’t miss the fireworks and I was able to sip a drink, watch YouTube and soak in the onsen late into the night—thanks a lot! The only drawback was the laundry situation for motorbike tourists; we had to walk to an off‑site coin‑laundry, which was a bit far, so having one on the premises would be nice.

The steps are steep and hard to navigate; the stairs are narrow.

Checking in and out with QR codes was convenient. It was just a love hotel.
