The room is large and clean, but the restaurant was closed during the day, the pool was not very clean, and there were no umbrellas to sit under. It’s pricey for what it offers.

The front desk helped me check in early and even set up a honeymoon, and Phượng at reception was really sweet when she called. The grounds and the room were spacious with a great mountain view. I have four deductions: first, because the hotel is newly built in a new area it was still a bit chaotic, there was no bell‑boy and Phượng had to carry my luggage for me—thanks a lot, Phượng. Second, I wish they would upgrade the mattress and sofa; the bed was old and anyone who has trouble sleeping will end up staring at the bathroom. Third, I didn’t request housekeeping but at 9:30 am while I was still in bed a few staff knocked on the door to clean; they were quick but they never called to check first. Fourth, the biggest flaw was the worst Sun Sun buffet I’ve ever had: on a Sunday morning at 8:30 am there was barely any food, only a couple of simple salty dishes like chicken and beef, the rest was just filler. It was my first time encountering such a poor buffet. I hope the hotel improves soon.
