Výborná poloha, pekný a dizajnový hotel, krásny bar. Parkovanie je katastrofa, raňajky veľmi slabé.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch sein freundliches Personal und seine tolle Lage. Die Aufzüge sind so finster, dass man fast nicht sieht, was man drückt. Das Badezimmer ist kein eigenes, sondern eine Abtrennung vom Doppelbett durch Milchglasscheiben. Abgesehen davon, dass man natürlich alles hört, hat die Tür einen Magnetverschluss, der den/die PartnerIn, vor allem in der Nacht weckt, wenn man keinen wirklich tiefen Schlaf hat. Die Qualität der Küche ist nicht jene, die man sich in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet.

Suite exécutive avec chambre située du coté des 3 ascenseurs!!! Très bruyant! Une honte à ce prix là! Douche qui déborde lorsqu’on vide la baignoire avec une odeur nauséabonde. Inacceptable pour un établissement de ce niveau!
La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado de la ópera y del centro, pero muy tranquila. El servicio es bueno y el spa con la piscina resulta muy agradable. No había enchufe en los laterales de la cama, así que tenías que dejar tu móvil cargando lejos; el bote de shampoo no funcionaba y la tele no tenía Netflix.
