Beautiful place and helpful staff. Rooms were tidy and comfortable, good sizes. It was fine for us because we had a car, but if you don’t have one it’s quite far from all the attractions.

Location and the hotel. No coffee machine.

The hotel’s appearance and facilities, the breakfast spread, and the staff’s responsiveness and hospitality were all first‑class. However, the cave rooms themselves were unevenly designed; some had a strange odor and visible mold, the floors took too long to dry, and the plumbing was poorly sealed in certain rooms.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet village close to the most stunning part of Cappadocia, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who can book various activities with a pick‑up service at reception. The rooms are spacious and partially carved into the rocks. The breakfast buffet is extensive, and the dinner buffet is well priced. The wellness area is nice, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold in September – still worth a visit! Two evenings we were disturbed by large groups of loud Asian guests in the hotel, which was rude and annoying. There are many stairs, but that’s part of the maze‑hotel charm.

Nothing. I had a terrible stay. We booked the hotel for two nights (9–11), arrived on the 10th, and were immediately charged for two nights—about 146 € quoted, but 170 € actually taken in euros at the hotel’s unfavorable rate, a 24 € discrepancy we were never told about. The front‑desk staff told us one day had already passed and we only had one night left, suggesting we cancel the old booking and make a new one, but didn’t explain this before payment. The receptionist seemed to hate her job and everyone, offering no greeting or smile, just a cold, heavy stare as if we ruined her day. She spoke through her teeth, visibly irritated, answering each question as if we were taking up her time. We felt more like unwanted visitors than guests. The room we got, 101, had no windows, a strong basement smell that seemed to be masked with chemicals, a mix of damp and chemical odor that made staying unbearable. The ceiling was low, and there were no warning signs. My husband suffered a head injury. I woke up the next morning with a fever and a terrible headache, convinced mold and the awful humidity were to blame. I cannot stay more than one night here and would not recommend it to anyone.
