The new hotel had fresh décor and branded bathroom fittings, and the rooms were well appointed with a comfortable mattress; overall the design was solid. However, the floor was dirty with a few large ants, and when a child needed an extra bed we were only given a mattress, so we couldn't let the child sleep on the floor with ants crawling.

The rooms were comfortable and the location on Mandsaur’s main artery made it easy to reach; the restaurant was still opening, but the staff happily set up tables in the large breakfast room, and they were courteous and helpful.
