Wonderful location, cleanliness and convenience in the room, a new wardrobe and plenty of mirrors that make the small room feel spacious. Plenty of tasty food and evening entertainment. Everything is great! No complaints.

The hotel was great, friendly staff. The food was amazing, even the most fussy child could find something to eat. They even provide a section in the restaurant where mum can cook something for little babies. The location was fantastic, so close to the sea. My kids were older so they didn't use the swimming pool but for the little ones the pool was fantastic, the staff entertained them all the time. Overall very friendly family hotel

The real strength of this place is the staff running the hotel; we stayed for two weeks and saw how they work daily. Despite their heavy workload, they greet guests with the same kindness, a genuine smile, and extraordinary availability every day. They are extremely flexible and always find a solution for any need! The food is excellent and very varied; the desserts made on site are simply divine. Fresh fruit is served daily. You can also request a packed lunch if you want to stay on the beach at lunchtime. For those on a diet or who prefer lighter meals, there is a huge selection of salads. There is also a corner dedicated to preparing baby food for travelers with infants or small children. Every evening a program of activities is organized for the little ones. I cannot say there was anything I particularly disliked. If you read the service description and room details carefully before booking, there will be no surprises. I found exactly what I expected. I have no real criticisms, just a few suggestions. During the evening animation show, the volume is a bit too loud, both when sitting near the pool and inside the room, even with the door closed. Also, while mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, it might be more comfortable to replace the firm mattresses with medium-firm ones, which could be a good compromise for everyone.
