The beds were comfortable and the location is nice. We were 2 families with children that booked family rooms at this Lodge. That night there was an all night party at the Lodge that lasted until after 3am with the noise even louder in the rooms because of the wooden walls - We didn't sleep that night at all. The staff made no effort to inform us of this event before we arrived so that our families could change our plans. Also, after we checked in the afternoon, the music began, so as I was worried it would last a long time I asked a member of staff what time it would finish and they told me around 11, which i thought was doable for 1 night of our stay - but it lasted until the morning :( That, and their pool being unusable because it was completely green and out of order, made us need to cancel the rest of stay. The staff said we could cancel and resolve the issue with them and booking. com, but 2 months later and the hotel is still uncontactable by email and telegram and we still havent recieved our refund for the nights we cancelled. This has definitely been my worst stay experience to date, and unfortunately my only negative review, but I am unsure of what else to do
