Piero the concierge was super helpful and took care of me during my one‑night stay. He served me a cappuccino upon arrival after a long day of travel and booked several restaurants for me over the next 24 hours. He also arranged my taxi to the airport and made sure I left safely.

“perfect three night stay where we were really well looked after.”

The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance if you wear comfortable shoes! Breakfast was great with a wide selection of foods. The room was a decent size, though I’m not a fan of the round bed. The street noise is a bit loud in room 220, so you might want to request a quieter room. Everything else was great.

“If you want your visit to Rome to be comfortable and quiet with. Hotel staff determined to please this is the hotel”

The location was perfect for our three days in Rome; we could walk or take a cab or Uber. The hotel is beautiful and clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff went out of their way to meet our needs. I can’t recommend it enough. Nothing to add.
