The location was fantastic and ideal as a base for exploring Misakaki Village, with good access for car and bike; the interior was very simple and clean. However, before 10 am several rooms were already being cleaned, giving the impression that check‑out was rushed.

The place feels very homey and relaxing, with no complaints at all.

The room was simple and very functional, with a TV that could connect to the internet so I could watch YouTube; breakfast stood out, especially the salmon and the tasty meat, and the Asuka‑style hot‑pot gave a real taste of Asuka‑mura’s local cuisine. It was disappointing that nobody showed up for the candle event on the back‑mountain stairs, and the experience would have been perfect if there had been a large public bath.

The room had separate toilet and bathroom, the toiletries were plentiful, it was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast was tasty with a satisfying menu. My partner and child kept hearing some noise while they slept, which made it hard for them to stay asleep.
