How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing positive. In the advert there was no mention of a shared bathroom, the rooms are not numbered, so how do we know which one we get? The flat was empty, but the owner handed us the worst one through the kitchen. I tried to call the owner on his phone, but there was no answer. The shower was very, very weak, and there was no wardrobe—were we supposed to put our clothes on the floor?

The contact person replied quickly and politely. The place was filthy, with blood stains on the tap and diarrhoea splashes on and in the toilet! We didn’t even stay the night because we felt so dirty within 15 minutes.

The location is close to Canterbury. The kitchen was dirty, especially the stove. The sheets had stains. There is one bathroom and toilet for four rooms. This place should not be allowed to be listed. The claim of a luxurious room is a complete lie.

The spot is great for heading to Canterbury and the parking is free, but the place is nothing like the “luxury” name suggests, with cheap student‑style finishes, mold on the windows and shower, and a horrible bed. We were alone in the room, yet I can’t imagine how noisy it would be with more guests, since you have to push the door in every time you come in or out. For the same price we got a lovely, comfortable room from a local host. If you have other choices, look them up.

I was able to leave after two days. This accommodation never lives up to its name, “Luxerious Room.” It’s a house in need of renovation, poorly maintained, including the garden. It’s not clean and is filthy. The shared bathroom, which must be shared, couldn’t even be locked because the lock was broken.
