How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and every amenity was present; in‑room dining ran smoothly and my meals arrived on time. Parking was available. The property could use a bit of refurbishment—make a list of what needs fixing and mark the spots. Everything else was great.

The location was ideal for me, close to the railway station and bus stand, and the staff were friendly, the rooms clean, the food tasty, and the hotel looked exactly like the photos advertised. No complaints.

The room was just okay (not worth that price, honestly) and the food was decent, that's all. From start to finish nothing was arranged for us; they didn’t even check what we had booked or what was supposed to be included.

No positives. The reception staff were rude.

The food service staff were very good, but breakfast had very few options. The rooms were excellent. Breakfast should offer more healthy choices.
