The location and terrace are amazing, but that's about it. The place is a mess, with broken furniture, peeling paint, and moldy floors. It's clear they don't do maintenance - the kitchen looks dirty and worn out, and it feels like they're just dumping all the old, broken stuff here. My daughter fell by the pool because the tiles are loose, and I reported a bunch of issues that were ignored. No one answers the phone, and the person in charge was on vacation.
