“Séjour parfait”

We stayed three nights with Danielle, who was very welcoming and attentive. The house was comfortable and very clean, with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and all the items needed for the first breakfast, plus excellent homemade jam. Parking was available, and bus 101 stops right next to the house and takes you to downtown Neuchâtel. Tourists get free transport with the “Neuchâtel Tourist Card,” which the city offers for every night stayed with Danielle; just use the link sent by the host to get the card. We’ll gladly return to this lovely place, though it’s close to the city center.

I loved how close the spot was to Neuchatel’s sights, thanks to bus 101 stopping right nearby. The host was friendly and made me feel at home, and the apartment was spotless and fully equipped. Nothing went wrong at all.

The welcome was warm and the place spotless, plus the spot is dead‑center – just an eight‑minute bus ride to town, with a line stopping right in front every ten minutes. Parking right out front and the quiet vibe were big pluses. Only thing that felt missing was a hot plate for cooking meals.

“Great location for getting to the lake and super friendly host”

Daniela went out of her way to look after my bike and even arranged for it to be collected after I left, which made everything run smoothly. She also sorted me an EU charger when I’d forgotten mine and left some breakfast snacks that were a nice surprise. The spot is super convenient for both the train station and the lake.

Lovely B&B just a stone’s throw from the lake, with a friendly host and excellent public‑transport links to Neuchâtel. We felt right at home and really enjoyed the stay.
