The hotel sits right in the town center, but the facilities are very basic.

Coach House Inn, Bright, sits in the town’s historic center, offering a seasonal outdoor pool overlooking manicured gardens. Each room features a flat‑screen TV, kettle, private shower, free toiletries, and a hair dryer. The bed was super comfy, and the front desk lady was really friendly. But the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and water stains down the walls. The fridge’s freezer was packed with ice and someone’s ice‑cream sticks were stuck in it, and I couldn’t find a plug for the sink to wash dishes.

Good price for a central spot. Nothing else to add.

The spot was perfect—right between Hotham and Falls, so we didn’t waste time traveling. The bunk beds were a bit hard and the single heater left the place chilly in winter. Still, for the price it was a solid choice.

Loved the location, the room was clean and the heater worked well. The only hiccup was the smart TV that wouldn’t connect to Wi‑Fi.
