“Tornerò !”

The location is interesting and very close to the Caracciolo seafront; rooms are functional, clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, offering great value for money. The staircase to the apartment where the B&B is located is a bit narrow and tight, but I’ve been told an elevator will arrive soon.

The apartment was clean and roomy, yet the host didn’t greet us or give clear instructions upon arrival, so we struggled to communicate with the gentleman at the gate before getting access. With a lot of luggage, we learned the elevator was broken when we arrived, forcing us to store our bags downstairs—somewhat inconvenient. Later that evening we were locked out of the complex and had to wait for a tenant to open the door for us after dinner.

“Mala experiencia!!”

There was nothing positive. The access was awful, with terrible directions to locate the place; we couldn’t bring our luggage up, especially for those over 60. No one was there to receive us and there was no elevator. They only show good photos of rooms, not the surroundings, so we ended up staying at another hotel.

“Un notte a Napoli”

If I had to rate just the room, it would definitely be positive; it’s beautiful, spacious, and tastefully furnished. However, other aspects were less convincing. When we arrived, no one was there; fortunately, the building’s doorman was very kind, called the owner, and we received instructions to enter. We would have preferred someone to greet us and explain a few things.

“Soggiorno molto gradevole in una splendida città, napoletani persone fantastiche.”

The location is excellent—super quiet and peaceful, just steps from the seafront, with lovely greenery and plenty of services; public transport is efficient and within reach. It may not be for everyone, but the access staircase could be a bit uncomfortable for some.
