The staff were friendly, the pool and surroundings were very nicely laid out, and breakfast had many choices. Because it was quiet, there were too few restaurants open in the park. Breakfast was too crowded, and after the weekend they closed for adults. They could have kept it open. There were too many flies by the pool, which bothered me.

The facilities, the pools and the dreamy garden are beautiful, but I was disappointed with the service. From the moment we arrived at reception we expected a friendlier welcome. The service at the Palapa restaurant was also lacking; we had to wait a long time before being served. Afterward our empty plates stayed on the table for a long time without being cleared. Only when I finally asked for the bill did it become clear that the service was not attentive enough – our dirty plates were still on the table at that point.
