“A really nice stay!”

The Tuscanian Hotel is in a fantastic spot in Lucca, close to the train station and right in the middle of everything you’ll need. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city on foot, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and our room was very comfortable and fully equipped. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lucca.

“Centrally located hotel close to shopping, restaurants and attractions.”

The Tuscanian Hotel sits right in the center of Lucca, with shops, eateries, sights and the train station all a short walk away. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful, and the breakfast served in the hotel restaurant was exceptional!

“Not a great start”

When we finally reached the room we had booked, it was good. However, they did not have the room we had booked for our first night. Although three nights had been confirmed, they sent us to an annex the first night, which was awful. By the second night they gave us the room we should have had.

“A comfortable and enjoyable stay in an ideal location.”

The location was excellent for exploring Lucca. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful . I had requested a particular room and had exchanged emails with the hotel prior to our visit. They responded promptly and said they would be happy to confirm my request even sending pictures to confirm the room. (I only did this as it was a special occasion for us -our 50th wedding anniversary) unfortunately, we were not given this room on arrival which was a little disappointing
