“Lovely vibe, great staff and brilliantly located.”
A great place to work and relax, and the accommodation is right next to the beach, but the shower area is small.

I liked the amenities, the proximity to the beach, and the friendly staff, but I missed a more social zone.

I loved everything! The facilities offer work space, pilates classes, and very comfortable rooms. They also host events so you can meet people, and the “movie night” we attended was perfect. The staff is super friendly, and traveling alone, it’s nice to feel at home. I recommend it 100 %. Everything was perfect.

The interior and aesthetic vibe were great, with no negatives.

The café downstairs is pretty good and the spot’s close to restaurants and the beach. But the room had mold and a terrible smell; the hallway leading to it faced an abandoned building where the hostel does laundry, a real eyesore with heaps of garbage that should be covered. The price feels way too high for the shabby condition, and there’s no AC in the common area, making it uncomfortable. The ice bath was lukewarm, and the hostel isn’t social at all, so it’s not worth it. Mira is on a busy main road with nonstop construction noise from early morning. I’d recommend staying on a quieter side street, like The Hostel, which is probably cheaper and offers better value. I can’t recommend Mira Mirissa.
