Messages were answered quickly. The location in historic Stendal is great. The décor is nice, the kitchen spacious, and my bike could be stored neatly in the basement. Watch out for the step / threshold to the bathroom.

There was no offer, yet a baker right across the street and another 150 meters away successfully leapt into the gap. Because the building sits on a corner in the city centre and the streets are paved with cobblestones, it gets quite loud at night.

The place is extremely central and has been lovingly renovated with great parquet flooring. I stayed in a large, bright corner room that offered a lovely view of the city and Marienkirche, and the equipment was very thoughtful: a medium‑firm mattress, a kettle, tea bags and coffee in the room, a shared kitchen and dining area, and blackout curtains with external blinds. It’s a highly recommended accommodation. In the evenings you can hear a bit of street traffic and pedestrians, but I still slept well.

The guest house is centrally located yet quiet; my room was spacious and well‑designed. The kitchen is huge, fully equipped, and the fridge contains baskets for each room. There is a breakfast room. The host is helpful and friendly. A parking space is available next to the house. I highly recommend this place; it’s run with love for the details and care for the guests. Wonderful!
