We had no positives; the place was not what we booked and the photos were misleading. We arrived to find the accommodation double‑booked, and they told us it hadn’t been available for over a month even though we’d been in contact before our stay. They offered us a lower‑quality room that didn’t meet our needs. The manager promised to send details of alternative lodging but never did, so we had to scramble at the last minute, which made the start of our holiday stressful. We didn’t stay, were promised a refund, but the manager ignored us afterward. There was no apology, no assistance, and the information in the unit about Wi‑Fi, parking, or anything else was missing, forcing us to figure everything out ourselves. Avoid this place – the management seems inexperienced or incompetent. If the owners are paying for this service, they need to reconsider immediately. Terrible.
