The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but there was no kettle in the room for tea and no iron for clothes.

The location was good, the room was modern and the bed was comfortable, but there was a smell on the towels and the room insulation was poor; one night we could hear a neighbour talking and even his phone on loudspeaker, showing how bad the soundproofing is.

There was a free parking spot in front of the hotel and a bus stop right at the door, and the staff were very friendly, but the cushions were hard and despite asking about a dairy‑free diet there was little vegan food at breakfast.

“Für unseren Zweck - Tagesausflug Venedig perfekt gelegen.”

The distance to Venice is perfect. About 200 m to the tram, you’re in Venice in roughly 10 minutes, making the hotel’s location ideal for a day trip. The parking in front of the hotel is free for guests. The minibar’s refrigerator is very loud at night, so you have to unplug it to sleep.
