No towels or bath mat even though the listing says they’re included; the bed sheets were dirty with stains, crushed water bottles used to plug a hole, a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom, the bed was broken and squeaked—this is a rip-off for the price!!!

No reception, a strong sewage and cigarette smell in the room, the sheets weren’t clean, only one towel for two people, no bath mat or toilet gloves. The bed made a very unpleasant noise when turning, and the shower curtain was disgusting!!

I sent a message about the missing fridge that was supposed to be included, and the next day they brought one, so the customer service was good. The cleanliness isn’t very good.

The apartment was awful—no TV, water leaking into the room, the phone was unreachable, and there was no reception. Cockroaches and ants swarmed the room, and a bad odor lingered. I bought the house’s perfumes to mask it during my stay, but the door stayed ajar all night. The place was filthy, like a jungle. I would never recommend this spot to any Congolese, not even for a single day. The entire apartment was a nightmare, with black sheets that smelled bad, a central door without a key, and a bed that looked like it belonged to the 14th century.
