The location was very good. The décor was exceptionally beautiful. The shower was accessed through the washroom, and despite the size of the apartment there was only one toilet.

The location is excellent and the room is huge and fun. The breakfast is hardly worth it – a box of cold food that costs a lot. I’d advise not to offer it at all because it’s counterproductive; besides, you have to go to the Reception in the morning to pick up that box, which isn’t a nice touch.

The room at this hotel is a small apartment with everything you need, including a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stove, as well as a washer/dryer. There are two spacious kitchenettes on the floor and one double bedroom on the second floor. There's a metro stop, 7/11, a McDonald's, and shops nearby—a five‑minute walk away, as well as a market and the Ninja and Samurai Museum, where we took a lesson for the kids. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the hotel I’ve liked most in my recent travels: every fixture in the room—from the washer’s placement to the leak‑free shower and the bed design—shows clever thinking, the location is unbeatable being right next to the subway, bus stops and shopping areas so we could rest for a drink and head out again, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful in coordinating with the contracted car service; I highly recommend staying here in Kyoto.
