A great spot right near the tram and a secure parking lot, and overall it was quiet. The staff were friendly, except for one blonde receptionist who never said hello. The breakfast was varied. The only downside was that the lone blonde staff member didn’t look at guests to greet them, the pillows were soft, and there was no fridge in the room.

The tram is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach Paris centre. The breakfast was good and the lounge was nice. The fire alarm rang twice in one hour early in the morning; the smoke detectors in the shower trigger when the water gets hot, which was annoying.

The staff were extremely friendly, especially the kind note for guests heading to the Céline Dion concert. The small decorations and the special Céline Dion cocktail were a real plus! A big thank you for all the attentions. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. Thanks!
