“Uma estadia que deixou saudades!”

We booked a room that was super comfy, spotless, with a great bathroom that had two sinks, and the hotel had an elevator, which is essential. The gym area was solid, offering basic stretching and weight‑lifting equipment. The front‑desk staff were friendly, attentive, and polite. Breakfast was excellent, featuring fruit, bread, cakes, eggs, cheeses, and even gluten‑free options for those with restrictions. It was a wonderful stay; we’re already missing it and would definitely return!

“Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great location”

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and made me feel very safe. The staff were friendly and happy to help with luggage. Breakfast was lovely. The pool and spa were tiny, but that was known beforehand and wasn’t the main reason for staying in this city‑centre hotel.

“Non all’altezza del prezzo e delle aspettative”

The bed was comfortable and the location was good. The rooms were small, the cleanliness was poor – I only found the bed reset, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned, and the coffee refills, clean glass cups, etc. weren’t replenished; the fridge was empty; bottled water wasn’t even offered for purchase (they only give you their own glass bottle to refill). The pool and spa were small. And the tub was slippery when showering – I nearly slipped twice, probably not up to standard.
