I was really looking forward to staying here, but unfortunately, things didn't quite live up to my expectations. The room itself was spacious, which was a plus, but that's where the good news ends. The hotel charged me more than what was shown online, and when I asked about it, I was told I had to pay an extra 18% GST on top of the room services. I'm still not clear on how that adds up, especially when the room rate is over 7,500 rupees per day.

The staff here were super friendly and not intrusive at all, which was a big plus. However, the hotel's facilities were a total letdown. They claimed to have all these amenities on site, but when we got there, it was like they were just making it up. We had two rooms, but there was only one towel between us, and we had to ask multiple times for a fan, AC, and even a kettle, but they just didn't deliver.
