The only good thing was the location. The property was extremely messy: there were hair on the bed, in the bathtub, the shampoo containers were empty, the pillowcase had a yellow stain, and the pillow on the chair was broken. We reported all of this the same day, but the staff said they would come to check the next day, which didn’t matter to us because we were only there one evening. They demanded a €200 deposit for damages, yet the room we stayed in was not worth any deposit. We asked for an immediate refund of the deposit, but we never received it. The staff delayed their response and were rude. Avoid this place entirely. The location was the only decent aspect; you can walk to the center or take a nearby metro.
