The location was easy to find. The bed linen was excellent, very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom worked well but everything, decorations were tired & dated. For the money we paid it was excellent.

The room came with a brand‑new air‑conditioner and shower, which is a real upgrade. Breakfast was excellent, and the owner was very friendly and ready to help with anything. Highly recommended.

Cozy beds, big rooms and nice area. This hotel has with Prageeth the best driver you can imagine. Definitely consider his services

We stayed two nights at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the air‑conditioning was a relief in August. The staff were lovely and attentive, always willing to assist. Breakfast was truly worth it—fresh, hearty, and delicious. We also dined there and it was a treat; just let them know if you prefer less spice or whatever you like. The hotel is ideally located 5–10 minutes from the city centre and close to a lake where you can watch monkeys playing in the trees. Special shout‑out to Mohamed, the tuk‑tuk driver and best guide around; don’t hesitate to hire him, he’ll take you to the most beautiful spots the city has to offer and show you places only a local knows. In short, I strongly recommend this place.

A nice place to stay, and Mohamed took us around in his Ajax‑sponsored tuk‑tuk (sorry 030) to spots we would have missed otherwise.
