The location was good, the staff friendly, there was free parking, a pool, complimentary breakfast, and the place was clean, but the AC was abnormally loud, the toilet seat was low, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the bathroom door was hard to shut.

The staff were friendly, but we had to wait over 30 minutes because Hampton didn’t sync their reservations, and that turned out to be the most I’ve ever paid for a room at Hampton.

The only good thing was the free shuttle to the airport and the location was fine. The room smelled musty, the carpet was heavily stained, the hallway was noisy, and the bed was uncomfortable; it felt like a motel, not a Hilton, so I won’t return.
