The place was super tidy, the staff were friendly, and the overall vibe and views made it feel like one of the best hotels around; the rooms were very spacious. I did wish there was more carpet cleaning and that the room and bathroom had more refreshments and sanitizers.

The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was great, offering a wide range of choices and plenty of food, which was definitely a highlight. What bothered me was that, even though breakfast was included in my reservation, I was still asked to pay for it on the first day—a surprise that was especially frustrating at a Hilton, and my complaints were ignored.
