I had a flawless stay with absolutely no issues to mention.
We were looking forward to relaxing in the hot pool, and the staff were nice, but unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned. We ended up taking a cold bath and shower because there was no hot water, and the resort was still in the process of being built, with a lot of unfinished construction that they don't show you in the pictures. The building could also do with a good paint job - there's a lot of peeling paint on the outside walls.
I really loved my room and the pools, and the place was clean and the service was great, so it's hard to complain too much. But if I'm being honest, I wish they had more options for breakfast - it was a bit limited, and I would have loved some muffins and other fruits. Still, the food was good, and I would definitely stay here again.
