The staff were friendly, the room space was fine, and breakfast was tasty, but the room’s acoustics left something to be desired—at night we heard neighbors on the stairs and in the hallway, which disrupted sleep; the bed was a bit firm and the Wi‑Fi frequently lagged.

The accommodation is very good, the reception is excellent, breakfast is great, and the pools are superb, yet in the room we stayed, Quarto Luz, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and the floor was a little sandy; I understand that beachside places have sand, but it seemed to stick to the floor.

Hot water was good, the bed was comfortable, coffee was nice, the towels were clean and high quality, reception was attentive, and there were chocolates on the bed; however, the furniture was old, the structure lacked maintenance, noise was high, and the heated pool water was a bit dirty and cold.
