The bed was comfy and we slept well, but the tub in the bathroom needed a deep clean and the drain was painfully slow, so I avoided using it.

The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were very friendly and the breakfast turned out better than I expected, though the window seemed painted over and I couldn’t open the patio door, and the bathtub was old and stained.

The price was good and it was close to work; when we had an issue the staff responded quickly, but the facility feels rundown—our AC blew out the first night (82 °F all night), so we bought a fan from Walmart to sleep, and the hotel replaced it the next day. My husband worked nights and slept during the day, yet the staff insisted the room needed cleaning and woke him before noon, and we found two roaches at the end of our stay; the building clearly needs a major overhaul.

The underground room was damp, dingy, and stained, so I had to buy bedding at Walmart to sleep comfortably; there was no breakfast, and a creepy guy would stand outside the door all the time, which was scary for a lone woman, so I won’t return.
