“Fantastic location, beautiful common areas, clean rooms, and excellent customer service, but the overpriced, underwhelmi”
The main reason I booked this place was its great spot and gorgeous interior, and neither let me down. The lobby, restaurant, and breakfast spots really shine – everything feels modern, welcoming, and spotlessly kept. My room was tidy and comfy, though the décor was noticeably less elaborate than the public areas. Parking was free, which I liked, even though we had to park a fair distance from the entrance because the hotel was crowded. Customer service stood out; I got messages throughout the stay checking in, and real staff answered, which I found excellent. The on‑site marketplace is handy and well stocked for snacks and essentials. On the downside, the food left me disappointed – both dinner and breakfast were underwhelming and didn’t justify the prices, especially given the beautiful dining rooms. I also wish there were an indoor pool, which would be great for families. While the room was fine, a larger family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms would have been nice, though I understand this isn’t an apartment. Overall, nothing was terrible, but improving the food and adding more recreational options would lift the experience to a 10/10.
