The room was not what we had ordered and was definitely not clean; the only positive was that after one night they offered us a change and we moved to another room.

The location, environment, very pleasant and kind staff, and good breakfast were positives, but the rooms and overall accommodation were dirty, with unclean towels, sheets, and dirt under the bed.

Breakfast was great, yet the website claimed the accommodation had air‑conditioning, but there was only a remote control and a fan for two separate rooms, a very small fan; the pension does not cook, even though it says you can have lunch and dinner.

Breakfast was fine, but on arrival the restaurant was hosting a closed event; the staff didn’t inform us in advance, so we struggled to find a place to eat and pay by card, and the room was microscopic.
