The spot is spot-on, right in the town centre yet surprisingly quiet at night, and just a few minutes’ walk to the gorgeous Rena Bianca beach. The room comes with everything you could wish for—air‑con, a comfy bed, a coffee maker and a fridge—and the toilet and shower look modern and tastefully designed. It was spotless, and we even had a balcony. Stella, our host, was friendly and super helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially since Santa Teresa Di Gallura is beautiful and offers plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus free street parking around the property.

The price‑to‑value ratio was the worst I’ve encountered on vacation.

The location is great, the host is friendly, and from the balcony you get a side sea view. The host even provided a beach umbrella. However, I didn’t feel comfortable here. The apartment is old, the furnishings are inadequate or broken, and the worst part was a stale smell in the rooms and sheets that didn’t improve even after airing out. The bed was so damaged that a piece fell on my foot, forcing me to spend the vacation with a blue toe. It also squeaked with every movement. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, there was no coffee machine, and the price was quite high.

Just two steps from Santa Teresa’s centre, the accommodation is quiet and clean. Parking on the street can be a bit tricky, but a paid parking lot is nearby.
