The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, but the pool was unusable because a part of the heater was missing—very disappointing, especially since I had called ahead and was not informed.

The place was clean and the breakfast was great, but the reservation system crashed when we arrived. The staff handled the chaos well and found us a room, even though the system was down and we were stuck in a stressful situation. I would have requested a different room because I was right across from the elevator, yet they managed to make it work.
