“would not stay there again”

Minimal traffic noise. no net curtains, so during daytime, curtains had to be drawn for any measure of privacy, mattress had numerous questionable stains, under rim of toilet was unclean - but most of all, heat pump took 5+ hours to warm unit (on a very cold day)

I loved it! The location was perfect for us, customer service was top tier, check‑in was quick and easy, and the room was great. I’ll definitely book again. The only drawbacks were the water pressure in the shower and the mug size—just me being extremely picky.
