I was planning to catch a concert at BITEC, and the hotel was just one station away, right beside the BTS station. That was a great choice, especially because the show ends late. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I found some nice local food nearby.

The vibe was friendly and the room was cleaned every day, giving a solid 9.0/10 rating.

Right outside the front door were the BTS stairs, a convenience that was especially handy in the pouring rain; the hotel itself felt plush, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet Udom Suk neighborhood with almost no other foreigners around, earning a perfect 10.0/10.

All the staff always lovely Noey, Chris, Fe and Bow especially. Always comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast for vegetarians not good. Serving spoons shared between eggs and ham. They should be separated and the vegetarian dishes have green handled spoons. Main meals there is only the Vegetarian Kaosoi (which is excellent) but there should be more than 1 choice. Bathroom lighting could be better. Shouldn't be knocking on doors during breakfast while people are either sleeping or getting ready. Not everyone can hear the knocks. And most people don't like someone coming into your room while naked
