We booked at the last minute while traveling and the staff welcomed us warmly, even recommending a great restaurant for the evening. The off‑street parking was safe, so we didn’t have to unload the entire car. The place feels a bit outdated, but it’s fine if you’re just looking for a spot to sleep and recharge before the next leg of your trip.

The host was very friendly, and the cottage was spacious and fully equipped for self‑catering. We only stayed one night, but we would have liked to extend our visit. It was very peaceful, exactly what we needed after a long drive. Occasionally, locals walking by can get noisy, but their sounds are barely audible from inside.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay, everything met my expectations. However, I did think it would've been nice if fans had been provided to keep the space cool. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel, but the manager, Annae, was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect for a stopover, I must say. However, I did find it quite hot during my visit and was disappointed to find out that there's no pool available.
