The welcome for kids was great and the area was stunning. The cabin was charming and the kids’ welcome was excellent. However, plates were missing even though the website claimed the kitchen was equipped, and a cutting knife was truly absent. The TV remote didn’t work, the shower door slipped out of its track, and the host, who was very kind at first and said she could be reached any time of day, disappeared when I asked for more plates—she didn’t respond. We had to ask the neighbors at the nearby cabin for single‑use plates. More could have been invested in the basics. In the end, the price was too high for what was offered.
