The accommodation was in a quiet spot and the air‑conditioning worked well in the heat; the restaurant was under the inn, and the staff were very friendly, but when we dined at the inn we had to wait a long time for our food.

Breakfast was tasty and the price‑to‑value ratio was good, but the apartment initially only had three small knives and no other cutlery or plates; after we requested more, they were supplied.

The air‑conditioning in the rooms worked, but a cat slept on the restaurant chairs, the cushions were covered in cat fur, the cat kept coming to the diners asking for food, and the place was full of spider webs in the rooms and hallways, which was disgusting.

We arrived as a group of three, but the room was extremely small and cramped, forcing us to constantly bump into each other, and our luggage barely fit; the cleanliness was terrible, with bedbugs, a swarm of mosquitoes, and 2–3 cockroaches found daily; check‑in took about half an hour in 40 °C heat because there was no receptionist, and at check‑out they tried to charge us again for the pre‑paid amount while the tourist tax was only collected at departure, something we hadn’t been properly informed about; the staff were rude and dismissive on several occasions, which worsened the overall impression; breakfast was very limited and we couldn’t even order it half an hour before the official closing time; the jacuzzi had roaches that bit us; we had to climb a steep staircase to reach our room and lift four suitcases without help; the restaurant was unbearably hot, hotter than outside because there was no air‑conditioning; parking was difficult to arrange; the bathroom door barely closed, giving the sense that the property’s maintenance is neglected; overall, the cleanliness, room size, pests, staff attitude, and service quality were all very poor, and we cannot recommend this place after experiencing so many problems during a four‑day stay.
