The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and even though the hotel was temporarily closed, they honored our reservation and treated us wonderfully, arranging the safari flawlessly; the staff were exceptional—very kind, attentive, and always on hand—so we have nothing negative to add; it was a highly recommendable experience and we would return without hesitation.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay, assisting with luggage upon arrival and always ready to help; they also organized our safari, making everything easy and stress‑free; the rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the rooftop restaurant’s food. The only drawback was the air conditioning: during an extremely hot spell with temperatures above 45°C, the room never cooled properly and often felt hotter inside than outside, especially at night, though those extreme temperatures might have simply overwhelmed the system.

We stayed for one night before an early morning safari; the hotel offered lovely rooms and a great restaurant, and its location was perfect for safari guests, with the first pickup for the canter safari right next to the hotel so we secured the best seats; the staff were very helpful and friendly, and there was nothing negative to mention.
