How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The lady was extremely kind and let us check in early because we had to leave and would return late at night. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, the bathroom and even the coffee were great. A good base to stay; value for money is top.

Everything was very satisfactory: the staff were excellent, Marzia was outstanding. Worth repeating!

The camera was fine, but the shower was unusable because of a curtain and it was tiny.

The owners were kind and very helpful.

The place was quiet and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and it was a 20‑minute drive from Bologna. Nothing to complain about.
