I liked how Bia and her brother were very helpful and answered all my questions, the kitchen staff, the general services team, and the people from Juazeiro do Norte were all friendly. The only downside was that I missed blankets and found the sheets small, but that was a minor issue since I had already decided to bring our own blankets because I was traveling with three elderly people.

I appreciated the comfort of the room, the cleanliness, a decent breakfast, and the excellent service from Beatriz. The shower was weak, delivering only a fine, scattered spray of water.
