How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was impeccably clean, the mattresses were high quality, the air conditioning was powerful, the bathroom smelled fresh, the towels were good, and the bedding was soft.

The reception staff were friendly. The bathroom was good and spacious, but it lacked a vanity cabinet. The mattresses were hard, and the blankets and covers needed washing.

The location, breakfast, and service were great. The bed was small, the bathroom had no hanger, no hair dryer, and no small closet.

The hotel sits right in the city center. The shower was wonderful, with good temperature and water pressure. The front‑desk staff were very attentive. I heard the hotel has new owners, hoping this will speed up modernization and improve the environment. The rooms are old, the air conditioning is noisy, the ceiling is lowered with plastic paneling, the lace curtains gather dust, and the old, colorful blankets make you wonder if they were cleaned. Breakfast was weak and full of processed items like butter, jam, and cakes; when traveling inland you expect to find local colonial products to add value and coziness.

It’s located right in the center, the room is spacious, and the building is a bit old but undergoing a façade renovation. A small maintenance is needed, nothing major.
