The breakfast was terrible, bland and ordinary, and the lady at the counter looked like a cop—grumpy, unhelpful, as if she was counting what you ate. The bed was mediocre; the mattress sank into the mattress.

The room was clean and modern, and the staff were friendly. My only gripe was the noise coming from the busy street nearby.

Breakfast was normal but enough, the staff were very kind, and the room was spacious.

The bed was very comfortable, the value was exceptional for the area compared to other places, and the room was spacious. Orange & Chapman University’s town center is only a 10‑15 minute walk, depending on how fast you walk. It sits on a busy road, so there was noise from police, ambulance, and trucks, and the shower dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap were a bit tricky.

Smooth check‑in, close to Disneyland, and free parking, but the AC made a little noise.
