“Choisir autre hôtel, ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser la 2e nuit car j’ai quitté cette mauvaise chambre”

We didn’t get our room until an hour later than expected, and when we finally did, there was a 30 cm hole in the shower ceiling hidden under a vinyl patch, the toilet kept running nonstop, and the Wi‑Fi was dead.

The rooms were roomy and the bathroom was nice, but they charged extra for parking and the breakfast wasn’t included, which felt a bit off.

“A nice hotel and close proximity to the City Centre. Surrounding area a bit lifeless”

Room was big enough, bed comfy, bathroom clean. It's right next to the city centre and a bagel café that actually makes fresh bagels. Parking under the hotel was safe and convenient. I’m not sure about the breakfast or nearby restaurants – the area felt a bit empty and the few eateries were almost empty.
