“Everything I needed in the perfect location”

I appreciated the little touch of free bottled water in the room—it would have saved me from bringing my own if I’d known it was complimentary, and breakfast was excellent; the décor feels a bit tired and dated.

Everything is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel, which is great.

“Very dissapointing”

I upgraded to a suite and had to climb 16 steep stairs just to reach the bathroom, and the sink was blocked so I couldn't use it; I also avoided the shower because it wasn't clean—there was a dead spider in the tray and cobwebs in the bedroom window, though the breakfast was decent.
