The highlight was definitely the night‑time ramen; it was insanely tasty, which is why I booked a second night. After the bath, the complimentary ice cream was a nice touch, especially the HERSHEY's monaka ice I loved. The microwave and ice maker on the 7th floor were also very handy, giving me clean ice for free. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable 😊. On the downside, I tried the massage machine on the 11th floor but couldn’t figure out how to adjust the pressure, so I ended up with a stronger squeeze than I wanted.

Beautiful! The front desk staff were a bit unfriendly.

The breakfast was rich and satisfying. However, the staff were unhelpful; whenever I asked something, they’d say “please wait a moment” and then disappear, like when I asked about the shuttle bus stop. They claimed to check but never followed up. I later found out that the front desk had a map and timetable, yet the staff seemed unaware, which was frustrating. The secure envelope for valuables was a first for me; it froze, took a long time to thaw, and when I pressed the seal with a hammer, it didn’t close properly and stayed half open. When I mentioned this the next day, another staff member said “we’ll make sure to communicate better,” but I still felt they were blaming me. It felt like a shared responsibility.

A gorgeous onsen‑style hotel with lovely details, fantastic hot spring bath facilities, and little touches like free ice cream and jelly desserts. The beds and pillows were very hard, and the staff’s English was limited, making communication beyond basic requests difficult.
